For the purposes of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL", Royal Decree No. M/19 of 1443H and its Implementing Regulations), we are the data controller for personal data processed through this site.
2. What personal data we collect
- Information you submit directly. If you contact us through the Contact section or by email, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and the content of your message.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider Cloudflare Pages logs standard technical data (IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising trackers on this site.
- Google Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser's IP address is visible to Google for the duration of that request.
3. Purposes and lawful basis
We process personal data only for the purposes listed below, and only under the lawful bases permitted by PDPL Article 5:
- Responding to enquiries you send us (basis: your consent, evidenced by your decision to contact us).
- Operating and securing the website (basis: legitimate interests in preventing fraud and abuse).
- Complying with a legal or regulatory obligation when required by Saudi authorities.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only in these limited cases:
- With service providers that help us run the website (Cloudflare for hosting and security; Google for font delivery), under their own privacy terms.
- When required to do so by a competent Saudi authority, court order, or applicable law.
5. International data transfers
Because Cloudflare and Google operate globally, technical data (such as server request logs and font-delivery metadata) may be processed outside the Kingdom. Any such transfer is conducted in accordance with PDPL Article 29 and the SDAIA rules on cross-border transfer of personal data.
6. Your rights under PDPL
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Be informed of how your personal data is collected and used.
- Request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request destruction (deletion) of your data when no longer needed.
- Withdraw the consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these rights, email nanqiu002418@gmail.com with the subject line "PDPL Request". We will respond within thirty (30) days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
7. Children
This site is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below the age of majority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Retention and security
Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and to meet record-keeping obligations under Saudi law. Server logs held by Cloudflare are retained according to Cloudflare's own logging policy and are short-lived. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, but no internet transmission is perfectly secure.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated on this page before they take effect.
