These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of luckytea.sa (the "Site"), operated by Lucky Tea Beverage Establishment (مؤسسة شاهي محظوظ لتقديم المشروبات), Commercial Registration No. 1009033028, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Lucky Tea," "we," "us"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Site is informational
luckytea.sa is a brand and store-locator website. It does not process orders or payments directly. All ordering happens at our physical stores in Riyadh or through third-party delivery platforms such as Keeta, Jahez, and HungerStation. The terms of those platforms govern orders placed through them; Lucky Tea is not a party to their user agreements.
3. Menu, prices, and availability
We aim to keep menu descriptions, photographs, and prices current, but the menu and pricing at each store may change without notice. Where information on the Site differs from the menu board or delivery-platform listing at the time of your visit, the in-store or platform information is authoritative. Product availability varies by location.
4. Food safety and allergens
Our drinks may contain dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, tapioca, and other common allergens. Cross-contact is possible in our kitchens. Please ask a team member before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary restriction. The nutritional and ingredient information published on the Site is provided for general guidance and should not be relied on in place of speaking to our staff.
5. Intellectual property
The Lucky Tea name, the Chinese name 鹊茶, the Arabic name شاهي محظوظ, associated logos, product names, and original photographs and design elements on the Site are the property of Lucky Tea Beverage Establishment or are used under licence. You may share links to the Site and download content for your personal, non-commercial use. Bulk reproduction, scraping, or use of our marks without written permission is not allowed.
6. User conduct
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure; (c) scrape or harvest content at scale; (d) impersonate Lucky Tea or suggest a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party services including Keeta, Jahez, HungerStation, Google Maps, Instagram, and similar platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to the terms of that service.
8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Tea will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including liability under the Saudi Consumer Protection Law where it applies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
